ЕСН Eurocom Handels GmbH and its Russian partner Aircool Co.Ltd offer to develop projects cooperatively for banana ripening, including complete refrigeration and process equipment, and control algorithms based on their extensive and long-term industry experience. Our experts will make calculations and select required equipment, including protective structures (sandwich panels), compressors, condensing units, evaporators, pipelines, and ventilation equipment.
Banana ripening rooms will be equipped with products from world’s leading manufacturers: Güntner GmbH & Co. KG, Bitzer Kühlmaschinenbau GmbH, BGDoor International B.V., thermofin GmbH, Alfa Laval S.p.A., Kingspan Group plc, Danfoss, Emerson Climate Technologies, VDH Products B.V. etc. A fully automated control and monitoring system will ensure real-time transfer of data from a site to a control station. Microprocessor-based control of compressor operations provides the optimal mode of operation of a refrigeration unit and equable working hours of each compressor, which will improve reliability and service life of equipment and reduce operating expenses. Automation of all ripening process uses Proba controllers from the Dutch firm, VDH Products B.V., Netherlands. This system provides the receipt of information, such as color of bananas, time when products are ready, volume of the ripened lot, and many other processes in each room.
Equipment for a project will be supplied to any country as requested by the Customer. Our specialists can develop a project based on the Customers technical specifications, provide installation and commissioning services for the equipment, and train the Customers personnel.
